Replacing room Polycom SoundStation conference phone?

We have trouble being heard in our phone conference room. The latest Polycom announced a 50% increase in microphone sensitivity. Should we get one of these, buy another brand, or are there other solutions?

These are the standard office and work very well. Get a unit where you can connect microphone sufficient to cover the size room you need. I think Polycom offers 3 Mic, 5 micro, options, etc.. This should work for you.
