Polycom Viewstation

How can I get the color camera for Polycom?

I am using Polycom ViewStation and for some reason I can not get color to show through his camera. All menus and options are in color, so I'm sure that is not the fault of TV and the camera will not only show color any help would be greatly appreciated

Check the wiring first. Replace the cables too. You may have to try to solve another camera problems. If this system is fairly new, Polycom call and open a trouble ticket.
